The original practice of lowering cars and trucks was outlawed, but customizers developed a hydraulic suspension method that beat the law. In 2020, we honored that sense of development when we devised adjustable suspension for the 1969 Chevy® C-10 to raise the bar on Hot Wheels! For 2021, you chose the fresh new casting for your sELECTIONs edition.

Collectors quickly discovered the fun of adjusting the casting’s settings from “Street” to “Slam’d.” You were down with the feature, so the piece rose up to win enough sELECTIONs votes to join the series.

Also chosen by voters was Spectraflame oxblood – a color which makes its debut for us on this release! You also picked out Real Riders 5-spoke wheels with black hubs and a silver lip with red stripe tampo. And to emphasize that the truck is not just for fun, you opted for the Shop truck deco. It’ll be packed in a felt-lined blister frame within a solid box, so you can keep it pristine.

The combination is a kickin’ collectible you’ll want to show off and play with. Fortunately, purchase is unlimited so you can grab a couple extra during the preorder period. You have to be an RLC member to pick this edition up so, if you’re not, you can still join the Red Line Club today!
