What are Boss Beauties x Barbie virtual collectibles?
They’re distinctive items that are individually numbered, so each one has its own unique value. They come with a built-in authentication that serves as proof of ownership.

 

What are the different rarities of these virtual collectibles? 
The rarities may include Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, Ultra Rare, and Exclusive.

 

What is included in a Boss Beauties x Barbie virtual collectibles pack?

Is there a limit to the number of packs I can buy? 
Refer to the Product Page for the drop for details, including potential transaction limits. 

 

Will there be a queue system in place during the sale? 
A queue system may be implemented before or during the sale, depending on anticipated demand for the packs. 

 

What are the different types of Barbie dolls shown on the virtual collectibles? 
The Barbie dolls depicted are inspired by real-life Barbie career dolls and the fashions they’ve worn. As with any collectible items, some variations may be harder to find than others. 

 

Where can I find information about my virtual collectibles?
You can find information about the Release Year, Career, Outfit, Rarity, and Redeemable Status of a Boss Beauties x Barbie virtual collectible by clicking on it in My Collections.

 

What are redeemable virtual collectibles? 
Redeemable virtual collectibles are ones that reward their owner with physical or non-physical perks. Make sure the Redeemable virtual collectible is in your collection by the day of the Redeem Date given on the item. For physical perks, you will receive a Redemption Token and an email with instructions on how to redeem it. For non-physical perks, you’ll also receive an email with instructions for how to access your perk.

 

What types of Boss Beauties x Barbie virtual collectibles include a redeemable?
All types include access to the “Career Conversations” perk. Additional perks, limited to certain rarities, are listed on the Product Page in the online shop or the drop page.

 

When do I redeem my physical Redeemables?
You can redeem your physical Redeemables by using the airdropped redemption tokens you receive, from the Redeem Date until the end of the redemption period. Each redemption token has its own redemption period. Visit the My Redeemables page in your Mattel Creations account for more information.

 

How do I get an airdropped redemption token? 
For our virtual collectible redemption tokens, “airdropping” them to you simply means that we add them to your wallet. You’ll be able to see them on your My Redeemables page if you own any Redeemable at the start of its redemption period. 

 

How do I redeem my physical Redeemables?
Select a token on your My Redeembales page in your account, and click the “Redeem” button. That “burns” the token and prepares you to complete the redemption process. 

After you click the “Redeem” button, it will be replaced by a “Checkout” button. Click “Checkout,” then follow the prompts to complete your checkout process.  

Please note: if you do not complete the checkout process by the end of the redemption period, you will not receive your Redeemable. Your redemption token will also expire and be removed from your account. 

Additionally, if you begin the checkout process, but clear the cookies from your browser’s website cache before completing the checkout process, you may lose the ability to redeem your virtual collectible. 

 

Can I redeem multiple Redeemables at once?
No. You must complete the checkout process for a single Redeemable before you can begin the process for any other Redeemable.

 

Do I need a Mattel Creations account to buy virtual collectibles?
You’ll need a Mattel Creations account to claim any virtual collectibles you purchase, to open packs, and to view them in your collection. 

 

How do I see all the virtual collectibles in a drop?
All of the virtual collectibles available in a drop are shown on its Catalog page.

 

I can't find my packs. What do I do?
First go to your Order History on your Mattel Creations account with the same email you used to purchase the packs, and find your purchase. Check if the status on the packs is claimed or unclaimed. If unclaimed, click the Claim button to claim the packs. If the packs have already been claimed, you can find them in My Collections.

 

I purchased virtual collectibles with the wrong email. What do I do? 
In order to claim your virtual collectibles, you must be logged into the account with the email address you used to purchase them. If you are unable to claim your packs, please reach out to customer support here.

 

Where do I find my virtual collectibles after I’ve opened my packs?
You can find all of your virtual collectibles in My Collections. There, you can also view information about each one’s rarity and traits.
