Cleo de Nile is queen of the student body, and captain of the fearleading squad. But first and foremost, she’s an Egyptian princess that rules the runway in this dramatic ensemble with teal accents.

GOLDEN AND GORE-GEOUS

Our Haunt Couture Cleo de Nile doll is an eternal queen with ultra-long golden accented hair, wearing a metallic mummy wrap top and jogger set. Her freaky fabulous accessories include a sheer golden mummy fringed bolero with teal glitter webbed pyramids, a boo-tiful teal winged headband, metallic teal belt with dangling Egyptian charms, and spiderweb pyramid earrings.

SPOT THE SCARABS

You can find the Egyptian beetles on Cleo de Nile doll’s golden leatherette backpack and her metallic teal heels. Not that she needs them for luck – she can rule a dynasty all on her own. They just look scare-iffic. She also comes with a screamium diary like the previous ghouls in the collection, skull comb, and doll stand.

For this collection, we're giving back to fans and bringing five OGs (Original Ghouls) from the hallways of Monster High to the runways. We're calling it our Haunt Couture Line, and it's to die (and be brought back to life) for.

THE ORIGINAL GLAM VAMP

First, we brought back Frankie. Next came Clawdeen. Now it’s time for the next doll from the Monster High Haunt Couture Collection — Draculaura. She’s ready to stake her claim on the fashion runway in an outfit that’s love at first bite.

FANGTASTIC FASHION

For the Haunt Couture Collection. this Draculaura doll is wearing a fashion-forward take on her classic outfit. It features her two fave colors (pink and black) with a hot pink skirt, black lace ruffles, and batty beret. Her ensemble reflects her Romantic Goth style (even though she doesn’t have a reflection).

DETAILS TO DIE FOR

She completes her outfit with lace accented tights, scary-chic high-heel booties, a coffin-shaped backpack, and a ghoul-orious cape. We even gave her plenty of points of articulation and a doll stand for the perfect poses. The Draculaura doll also comes with a hairbrush and a mini diary for recording her innermost thoughts (like how hard it is to be a vegetarian vampire in today’s world).

Meet Packaging Designer Diana Leto

The Haunt Couture packaging is a boo-tiful bespoke luxe coffin, handcrafted for each specific character and personality – and Diana Leto is the (not-so) evil genius behind the special casket package.

What was your inspiration for this package design?

“The incredible engineer on this project, Olga Tesler, and I were inspired by the classic diamond-shaped coffin, an icon of the horror genre. We detailed the coffin-shaped package with premium fashion patterns, crests, logos, and tonal colors to create a hauntingly beautiful piece.”

How do you feel this package lends itself to the name “Haunt Couture?”

“This packaging lent itself perfectly to the Haunt Couture collection. Truly inspired by high-end fashion coupled with premium finishes, Haunt Couture was a dream project to work on and create an exclusive design that feels unique, edgy, and fashion centric. We hope the fans appreciate all the details embedded in every quilted inch!”

Our designers had the moon in their eyes when making Clawdeen. Her rooted lashes show her haunting eyes and her golden accented high heeled boots shine in both the spotlight and the moonlight. She's fully poseable and comes with a premium doll stand, a comb, a mini diary and a Certificate of Authenticity. Clawdeen arrives complete in an ornate coffin shaped box adorned with luxe faux leather and a fashion-inspired print.

MEET GLENDA CHIU, MONSTER HIGH PRODUCT DESIGNER

Glenda Chiu started as a fan of Monster High when she first bought a Dead Tired Draculaura doll for herself while shopping for toys for a friend’s daughter. “I thought the whole line was so cute and ended up playing with her for quite a while.” Little did she know, she was holding her future in her hands.

What makes Clawdeen so special?

“Clawdeen is fierce, fashionable, and just does her own thing. She’s so versatile. You can go wild with her designs and play with lots of bold prints – and who doesn’t love purple?”

What little details would you like everyone to know about this Clawdeen doll?

“This is an homage to the original Clawdeen Wolf doll. We wanted to keep the iconic pleated skirt, the studs and just blow up her fur details. And of course, staying true to Clawdeen fashion, we needed to “upcycle” her jacket and turn it into her purse.”
