Hot Wheels Legends Tour RLC Membership Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Hot Wheels Legends Tour RLC Membership Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Mattel, Inc., 333 Continental Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry, who attend a participating 2026 Hot Wheels Legends Tour event in the United States, and who are not current active Hot Wheels Red Line Club (RLC) members at the time of entry and winner verification.
Void where prohibited.
Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins April 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends October 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sweepstakes consists of multiple event-specific entry periods corresponding to participating Hot Wheels Legends Tour U.S. event stops.
4. How to Enter
Visit the Sweepstakes sign-up form at a participating Hot Wheels Legends Tour event and submit your email address and required information.
No purchase necessary. Internet access required. Entrants do not need an existing Mattel Creations account.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Current active Hot Wheels Red Line Club (RLC) members are not eligible to enter.

6. Winner Selection
For each event stop, ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that event.
7. Winner Notification & Requirements
Potential winners will be notified via email. If a selected winner does not respond, is found to be ineligible, including because the selected winner is a current active Hot Wheels Red Line Club (RLC) member, or fails to comply, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Prizes
Each event stop: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Hot Wheels Red Line Club (RLC) Membership (ARV $9.99 each). Total ARV per event stop: $99.90. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,098.90. Prize is intended for new membership activation only and cannot be applied to extend or stack onto a current active RLC membership.
9. Odds
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for each event stop.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules.
