Terms and Conditions

• The Program is available exclusively to active employees of Mattel, Inc., and its subsidiaries, including, without limitation, Fisher-Price, Inc. and American Girl Brands, LLC (collectively, “the Company"), including full-time and part-time employees. 
• Temporary, contract, and internship personnel may be included or excluded at the Company’s discretion.
• Eligibility terminates immediately upon cessation of employment, regardless of reason.

• Discount applies only to specified products available on the Mattel Employee Collection that are designated by the Company and are subject to change without notice.
• Discount may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or coupons unless expressly stated.
• Discount does not apply to crowdfund items and made-to-order products. 

• Products purchased under this Program are strictly for personal use by the employee and their immediate family members.
• Resale, redistribution, or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

• Eligible employees must have a Mattel Creations account registered with their Company email address.

• To redeem Discount, employee must log into their Mattel Creations account associated with their Company email address and discount will be applied automatically at checkout. 
• The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and revoke Discount if misuse or fraud is detected.

• The Company may impose annual or per-item purchase limits.
• Certain products or categories may be excluded, including limited editions, collaborations, or clearance items.
• Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Products purchased under the Program are subject to the Company’s standard return and exchange policies.
• Refunds, if applicable, will reflect the discounted purchase price.

• Employees are responsible for any applicable shipping cost, taxes, fees, or reporting obligations arising from their discounted purchases.
• The Company may, where required by law, report the value of discounts as taxable income.

• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the most current Terms and Conditions.

• Misuse of the Program, including resale or fraudulent use, constitutes a violation of Company policy.
• Violations may result in disciplinary measures, including suspension of privileges, repayment of discounts, or termination of employment.
