  1. Eligibility. The Hot Wheels NFT Garage™ - HW Convention Virtual Collectibles Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States  and the District of Columbia, and 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Giveaway Period (defined below).  Employees (their immediate families, including parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents, and household members, whether or not related) of Mattel, Inc. (“Sponsor”), their advertising or promotional agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Giveaway, any agents acting for, or in behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Giveaway, are NOT eligible.  Void where restricted or prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws.  By entering or participating in the Giveaway, entrant agrees to be bound by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Giveaway, including, without limitation, interpretation of these Official Rules. 
  2. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on October 4, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends on October 8, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Giveaway Period”).  
  3. How to Participate in the Giveaway. There is no fee or purchase necessary to enter or participate in the Giveaway.  A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter the Giveaway, fill out the entry form at the HW Convention event in Los Angeles (an “Entry”). Limit to one Entry per person.  Any attempt by an entrant to submit more than one Entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant’s submission and that entrant will be disqualified from the Giveaway.
  4. Determining the Winner of the Giveaway. Potential prize winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period (collectively “Potential Winners).  The Potential Winners will be notified by Sponsor via email within thirty-five (35) business days after the Giveaway Period and given instructions on how to claim their prize.  If the Potential Winners are not reachable at the email address provided, then his or her prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.  
  5. Rules & Winner’s Announcement. The names of winner(s) and/or Rules can be obtained by calling Consumer Services at (800) 524-8697.
  6. Sponsor. The Sponsor of the Giveaway is Mattel, Inc., 333 Continental Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245.
