The Inspiring Women™ Series pays tribute to incredible heroines of their time, and the 12th honoree is Helen Keller, the first deafblind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. She also became a renowned author, speaker, educator, and advocate for the blind, deaf, and deafblind. Barbie® is delighted to celebrate Helen’s achievements with this collectible doll created in her likeness.
The fully posable doll comes dressed in a style inspired by Helen’s time as a student in the early 1900s — striped skirt and white blouse with ruffled lace details — and carries a book with molded braille on the cover.
