NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. MANY WILL ENTER. FEW WILL WIN.

1. Eligibility. The Club Grayskull™ James Jean Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who are members of Club Grayskull as of June 9, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Employees (their immediate families, including parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents, and household members, whether or not related) of Mattel, Inc. ("Sponsor"), their advertising or promotional agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes, are NOT eligible. Void where restricted or prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws. By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these "Official Rules" and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, interpretation of these Official Rules. 

2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on June 10, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on June 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). 

3. How to Participate in the Sweepstakes. There is no fee or purchase necessary to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. During the Sweepstakes Period you may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the embedded Sweepstakes entry form available in the member-gated Club Grayskull forum using the email address associated with your Club Grayskull account. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt by an entrant to submit multiple entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant's submission and that entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. 

4. Determining the Winner of the Sweepstakes. Three (3) potential prize winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (collectively "Potential Winners"). One (1) Potential Winner will be selected for the Grand Prize and two (2) Potential Winners will be selected for the Secondary Prizes. The Potential Winners will be notified via email on or before June 15, 2026, and given instructions on how to claim their prize. If a Potential Winner is not reachable at the email address provided or does not respond to confirm their address within two (2) business days, then his or her prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

5. Prizes.

• Grand Prize (1): One (1) winner will receive one (1) Signed 2-Pack James Jean Masters of the Universe Art Prints (the "Grand Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $450.00.
• Secondary Prize A (1): One (1) winner will receive one (1) Signed James Jean Coral Skeletor and Panthor 2-Pack, Sku#: JLN02 (a "Secondary Prize"). The ARV of Secondary Prize A is $100.00.
• Secondary Prize B (1): One (1) winner will receive one (1) Signed James Jean Floral He-Man and Battle Cat 2-Pack, Sku#: JMG93 (a "Secondary Prize"). The ARV of Secondary Prize B is $100.00.

The total ARV of all Prizes is $650.00. No cash in lieu of any Prize or Prize component will be awarded except at Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitution or transfer of prize or any prize component permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any component thereof, of equivalent value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each respective winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes, nor for unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control of any component of a prize. 

6. Representations and Warranties. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (whose decisions are final and binding in all respects), to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules, and that Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, redemption, or use of any Prize or related activities; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse and/or defects of the Prizes awarded herein; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider used in entering or operating the Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes due to hardware or software compatibility problems; interruption or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes due to any other reason. 

7. Indemnification. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability resulting or arising from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize (including any travel/activity related thereto), to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sponsor, and hereby acknowledge that said Sponsor has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with a prize.

8. Right to Cancel, Suspend, and/or Modify. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such action. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries. 

9. Data Protection and Privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of entrant's personal data by Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor's privacy statement located at http://corporate.mattel.com/privacy-statement.aspx. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to Sponsor to use the winners' name and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. If you opt-in to receive email updates from Mattel when you enter the Sweepstakes, Mattel will send you emails, and your data will be subject to their respective privacy practices. 

10. Rules & Winner's Announcement. The names of winner(s) and/or Rules can be obtained by reaching out to creations@mattel.com. 

11. Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
