What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding lets like-minded fans come together to help create a new and unique collectible. Fans can show their support for a proposed item by becoming backers and placing pre-orders during the campaign period. If we receive enough pre-orders, the item can go into production. The result is a community-created collectible that fans will be proud to have co-funded!

How does this campaign work?
If we reach our goal of 5,000 pre-orders before the campaign ends on May 5, 2023, the WWE Ultimate Edition WCW Nitro Entrance Stage will go into production and will be shipped to backers in Summer 2024 (estimated). If the goal isn’t met by the end date, the project will be canceled and all money will be refunded.

When will I be charged?
No worries — you won’t actually be charged unless the campaign reaches the minimum goal of 5,000 backers by May 5, 2023. The pre-order amount will show as "pending" on your credit card. When the campaign succeeds, your payment will then be processed. If it doesn’t succeed, your pre-order will be canceled, and the pending charge will disappear. If you live outside the US and were charged, you will see a refund within 3-5 business days. 

Do you offer a financing option?

What is the estimated ship date?
Summer 2024. 

Do you accept refunds or cancellations?
You may cancel your pre-order during the campaign period by calling Customer Service at 1-800-858-0102, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET. (Please note, holiday hours may vary.) After the campaign period ends, on May 5, 2023, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

Where do you ship to?
In most cases, we ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPOs, the U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. We can ship to any country listed in the “Country” field that appears on the Shipping page of your checkout process. International shipping restrictions may apply. Because this item is large and heavy, a surcharge of $25 will apply to US orders.
